Description
The Dance Instructor develops and delivers dance lessons, plans classes and recitals, maintains a safe and organized studio, communicates with students and parents, and supports the YMCA Arts Studio. The role requires a college degree in a related art field, prior student-facing dance education experience, strong communication and leadership skills, and completion of specified safety and youth-protection trainings. The schedule includes Wednesday and Thursday evening classes plus two weekend evening recitals per year, with compensation of $20.00 per hour.
