Description
Leland is seeking an experienced dance coach to work with dancers preparing for auditions, performances, and competitions. The role covers technique training, choreography, flexibility and conditioning, audition preparation, performance preparation, stage presence, and competition strategy. Coaches set their own hours and rates, host sessions virtually, and partner with Leland’s team to deliver a supportive experience. Professional or competitive dance experience, prior competition-judging experience, and a structured approach to developing dancers’ technique and confidence are preferred.
