Description
Scale is hiring a Data Acquisition Lead to build and own the end-to-end commercial motion for acquiring valuable company data used to create reinforcement-learning environments for AI. The role covers identifying data-rich organizations and priority domains, creating transaction and pricing structures with Legal, managing outreach through deal signature, translating dataset requirements with Research and technical teams, and turning an initial manual process into a repeatable acquisition pipeline. It suits a senior commercial builder with experience in business development, corporate development, commercial strategy, early-stage go-to-market, AI or data infrastructure, and complex data or IP agreements.
