Description
The Inventory Control Specialist supports Thompson Pump & Manufacturing Co., Inc.’s production, service, spare-parts, R&D, and maintenance inventory needs. Responsibilities include coordinating production and R&D pull kits, conducting cycle counts, maintaining the parts database, creating orders and item cards, managing safety stock and pricing, assigning warehouse locations, processing returns and valuations, analyzing forecasts, and escalating supply issues. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, an associate’s degree or equivalent, strong communication and computer skills, and three to five years of experience as a top-level office administrator.
