Description
Databricks is hiring an AI Workforce Transformation Lead to own end-to-end workforce transformation engagements for its largest enterprise customers. The role assesses current workforce capabilities, designs capability pathways and human-agent collaboration models, builds executive and manager sponsorship, coaches internal champions, manages execution and operating rhythms, and shapes engagement scope and pricing. It requires at least eight years leading workforce or organizational transformation in a technology adoption context, experience with C-suite or VP-level sponsors, and familiarity with data and AI platforms. The role may be performed in one of four compensation zones, with base salary ranging from $115,000 to $197,550 USD depending on location.
