SEL Manufacturing is hiring a Data Analytics Manager to lead a team of Data Analysts and advance analytics capabilities across manufacturing, engineering, quality, and information services. The role oversees analytics projects, reporting initiatives, data governance, data quality, self-service reporting, dashboards, semantic models, and the transition toward predictive analytics, statistical process control, and AI-enabled decision support. The manager will partner with Data Engineers, Data Scientists, and business stakeholders, coach technical and non-technical personnel, and evaluate modern analytics technologies including Microsoft Fabric. A bachelor's degree in a relevant technical discipline, at least seven years of analytical experience, and two years of leadership experience are required; the listed compensation range is $136,100 to $147,000 per year.
