Description

Sinch is seeking a Data Analyst specializing in CRM reporting and analytics to drive growth through data-driven commercial strategies. The role involves translating Salesforce and related CRM data into actionable insights, partnering with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Finance leaders, and utilizing advanced tools like Snowflake, dbt, and Tableau. This is a one-year fixed-term contract.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: Proven experience working directly with Salesforce (or similar CRM), including report building and data models, plus at least 2 years of experience creating dashboards in Tableau.
At least 2 years of experience working with SQL (or a comparable track record in analyzing large structured and unstructured datasets)
experience collaborating with commercial stakeholders (Sales, Marketing, Finance).
Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in a global company and/or within a Tech, SaaS, or B2B Telecom setting is highly preferred.
Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is required, with strong skills in expressing ideas and complex data insights clearly to diverse audiences.
