St. Joseph’s Home Care is hiring a full-time Data Analyst in Hamilton, Ontario, to support strategic, operational, quality improvement, performance reporting, business analysis, and data analytics activities across home care programs. The role develops dashboards, KPIs, reports, data collections, and analytical solutions; analyzes clinical, operational, financial, and human resources data; supports program evaluation and quality improvement; and collaborates with clinical, finance, IT, and leadership stakeholders. The position requires an undergraduate degree or college diploma in a relevant field, 3–5 years of progressive experience in business analysis, data analysis, or evaluation, and 2–3 years of healthcare analytics, decision support, or performance reporting experience, along with proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and SQL.
