Description
The City of Konstanz is hiring a Data Analyst and Application Manager for its Smart Green City urban data initiative. The role administers and develops open-source data platform applications, manages and integrates data sources, supports ETL processes, and operates and develops the technical platform and IoT infrastructure. It is a full-time position initially limited until 30 April 2028, with remuneration up to pay group EG 11 TVöD and benefits including health promotion, a mobility allowance, a company pension scheme, and further training. Applicants need a relevant degree, strong SQL, JavaScript, PostgreSQL, Node-RED, Grafana, data integration, and data visualization skills, plus very good German; the application deadline was 23 September 2026.
