Allica Bank is hiring a Business Intelligence Analyst to join its newly formed business intelligence team and develop analytics and insights capabilities. The role involves understanding products and processes through data, building reporting and dashboards, maintaining ETL pipelines, translating data needs from finance, operations, risk, product and other stakeholders, and developing data standards and documentation. The position requires prior data analyst experience in a startup or fast-paced organisation, SQL and query-writing skills, Python knowledge or willingness to learn, and strong stakeholder communication.
