Glow is hiring an experienced Data Analyst to join its Data team and build the foundations of a data function. The role involves researching customer data sources, analyzing complex datasets, designing scalable data models, modifying production system components, supporting customer onboarding, delivering customer-facing analyses, and collaborating with engineering, data science, product, research, and customer teams. The position requires at least three years of experience in a data-focused role, strong SQL and Python skills, experience with large multi-source datasets and data modeling, and the ability to own projects from discovery through delivery.
