Hiscox is hiring a permanent Data Analyst for its Europe Data Team. The role analyzes business requirements and data across a Microsoft Azure and Databricks analytics platform, supports data quality validation, mapping and modeling, translates functional requirements into technical solutions, and designs and maintains Power BI dashboards and reports for functions including Sales, Underwriting, and Finance. Candidates need at least three years of Business Intelligence or Data and Analytics experience, SQL, Power BI and DAX skills, knowledge of data modeling and star schema, strong stakeholder communication, and a relevant bachelor's or master's degree. Databricks exposure and insurance-sector functional analysis experience are advantageous.
