Kaleidoscope, an Infosys Company, is seeking a Data Analyst to support Program Management and Business Development by tracking the RFQ-to-Award lifecycle and transforming opportunity, proposal, estimating, and program data into executive dashboards, scorecards, forecasts, and actionable insights. The role requires strong analytical, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, Excel, and stakeholder-management skills, along with experience managing large datasets and reporting on pipeline health, win/loss performance, forecasting, and business growth.
