Description
The Lunar Data Analytics Scientist supports Intuitive Machines’ Lunar Reconnaissance Orbiter Camera and ShadowCam Science Operations Center by producing high-resolution lunar terrain models, processing planetary imagery, developing data-analysis tools, compiling research materials, and supporting education and public outreach. The role requires a related bachelor’s degree, 2–5 years of professional experience, remote-sensing and planetary-data knowledge, programming or scripting experience, and familiarity with image processing, AI/ML, photogrammetry, databases, UNIX, and USGS or Ames stereo-pipeline software. It is an in-person office position.
