JVS is hiring a Data Analyst for its Evaluation and Impact team to transform program data into actionable evidence. The role leads routine and ad hoc reporting, conducts quantitative analyses on participant outcomes, completion, retention, and equity, builds and validates Power BI dashboards and Salesforce reports, performs data quality and governance work, and supports internal program evaluation and evidence-building activities. The position reports to the Manager of Data Systems and Analytics, requires a bachelor’s degree and 4–5 years of relevant experience, and offers an annual salary of $88,000–$95,500 with medical and dental coverage and a hybrid San Francisco work schedule.
