MP Materials is hiring a Data Analyst to develop and maintain reporting and analytics for manufacturing, engineering, finance, and other business functions. The role involves collecting and integrating data from ERP, production, and financial systems; building dashboards and reports; performing statistical and trend analysis; supporting predictive modeling and process optimization; and presenting actionable insights to stakeholders and senior leaders. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, at least three years of manufacturing or manufacturing-data-analytics experience, and proficiency with advanced SQL, Power BI, Python, KNIME, or similar tools.
