Obie is hiring a Business Insights Analyst for its Revenue Operations and Analytics department. The role develops hypotheses, conducts business analyses, builds dashboards and reports in Sigma, supports metrics and reporting across departments, and contributes to budgeting, forecasting, data quality, and data-driven decision-making. Candidates should have data analytics or business analytics experience, strong SQL skills, insurance or financial services knowledge, and strong communication and leadership abilities.
