OCT Consulting is hiring a Data Analyst for a federal client to optimize eVetting business rules and improve automated pass rates, reduce manual reviews, and support Trusted Workforce 2.0 objectives. The role requires analysis of investigation and adjudication data using quantitative, qualitative, and NLP techniques on unclassified, PII-free data, along with stakeholder interviews, trending analysis, data enrichment recommendations, and advanced analytics such as predictive risk modeling and network analysis. The position is on-site in Crystal City, Virginia and requires a bachelor’s degree, at least five years of data analysis experience, U.S. citizenship, and a Secret clearance/eligibility.
