OCT Consulting is hiring a Data Analyst to support a federal client’s eVetting process by optimizing business rules, analyzing investigation/adjudication and rule test data, performing quantitative, qualitative, and NLP analysis, interviewing personnel, and developing recommendations to improve automated pass rates while maintaining security standards. The role requires U.S. citizenship, a bachelor’s degree in a related field, at least five years of data analysis experience, and an active Secret clearance/eligibility, and is on-site in Crystal City, Virginia with a salary of $90,000 to $120,000 per year and benefits including medical, dental, vision, retirement, PTO, and disability coverage.
