Description

ProMach is hiring a Data Analyst to collect, clean, analyze, and visualize data from ERP, CRM, and operational systems. The role supports finance, operations, and supply-chain decisions by developing dashboards, KPIs, reports, SQL queries, and data-quality initiatives, while collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders. Candidates need a quantitative or analytical degree or equivalent experience, at least two years of data-analytics experience, SQL and relational-database proficiency, and dashboarding experience with tools such as Power BI or Tableau.

Additional Information

Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or analytical area, or demonstrated equivalent experience in data analysis or a related field
Required Previous Experiences: At least 2 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related field
Experience with SQL and relational databases
Experience building dashboards and reports with Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools
Experience gathering requirements and working with cross-functional teams
Knowledge of ERP/CRM data flows in a manufacturing environment
Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms such as Databricks or Delta Lake
Knowledge of data governance, data quality, and metadata documentation
Experience with Python or R for data analysis
Exposure to Agile project environments and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Git
