Pula is hiring an entry-level Data Analyst for a fixed-term graduate programme in Kampala. The role involves data quality checks, investigation and resolution of data issues, process evaluation, performance analysis, reporting, and support to field operations. Candidates need a quantitative bachelor’s degree, Python or R, spreadsheet proficiency, and the ability to work independently; prior professional experience is not required. The programme includes a paid four-week induction, followed by supervised live project work, with the possibility of progression to a permanent Data Analyst role.
