Woodcraft Rangers is hiring a full-time Data Analyst to report to the Associate Director of Data Operations. The role focuses on building and submitting accurate funder and external reports, managing reporting cycles, validating submissions, documenting data lineage, and maintaining dashboards, KPI reports, trend reports, and ad-hoc analyses for program, operations, compliance, and leadership audiences. The position is hybrid in Los Angeles with occasional travel to the Inland Empire and program sites, pays $75,000–$88,000 annually, and requires 3–5 years of relevant experience, strong Excel and Power BI skills, and knowledge of FERPA and student data privacy.
