DRW is hiring a Data Analyst, Exploration to support the onboarding, management, and maintenance of datasets used by traders and quantitative researchers. The role involves profiling datasets, assessing data quality, curating data catalogs, supporting research teams, resolving production data issues, and improving data management processes. Candidates should have 1–2 years of relevant experience, knowledge of financial instruments and market data symbology, and proficiency with SQL and Python; cloud, Linux, Git, data quality, Bloomberg Terminal, and Apache Airflow experience are advantageous. The position offers an annual base salary of $100,000 to $120,000, a discretionary bonus, and medical, dental, vision, retirement, disability, life, and other benefits.
