DNEG is hiring a Data Analytics Manager – HR Analytics to lead people analytics and workforce insights across the organization. The role develops workforce dashboards and reports, analyzes headcount, attrition, hiring, diversity, engagement, mobility, and cost trends, supports workforce planning and budgeting, manages HR data quality and governance, and partners with HR, Talent Acquisition, Finance, and business stakeholders. The position requires a bachelor’s degree, 5–8 years of relevant analytics experience, proficiency in Power BI or Tableau, Excel, SQL, and HR systems, and is based in Mumbai.
