Motia is hiring a Data Analyst for its Pricing Team in the UK to maintain and optimize pricing across a multi-product fleet solutions portfolio, analyze market and competitor trends, support commercial tenders, and identify opportunities to improve retention, profitability, and operational efficiency. The role requires advanced Excel skills including VBA, strong analytical and stakeholder management capabilities, degree-level education in a numerical or logical discipline, and familiarity with AI and preferably SAP. The position offers a hybrid schedule with 3 days onsite and 2 days from home, salary of £35,000 to £45,000, and benefits including annual leave, pension, life assurance, and parking.
