Description
The Data Analyst/Programmer will work in Milsoft’s Implementation Services department to extract, transform, and load complex datasets from legacy systems into Milsoft software solutions. The role involves designing and executing data scripts, analyzing source data and mappings, validating migrations, building automated migration tools, documenting conversion procedures, and resolving data discrepancies. It requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent hands-on experience, advanced Python scripting, complex SQL, and experience with diverse file formats; ETL pipeline experience is desirable. The position is full-time, exempt, and remote.
