ICF is hiring a Data Analyst for a US remote, full-time role supporting utilities’ customer programs across the continental United States. The analyst will define client requirements, build custom data analytic and reporting solutions, maintain data integrity, resolve discrepancies, document business processes, and lead implementation of best practices. The role requires a bachelor’s degree, at least two years of business or data analyst experience with Excel, two years of experience with data visualization technologies such as Power BI, and familiarity with tools such as SharePoint or JIRA. The pay range for full-time employment is $61,232 to $104,094.
