Description
The Scheduling Planner develops, optimizes, and executes daily and weekly production schedules for a manufacturing operation, balancing machine capacity, material availability, labor resources, and customer demand. The role resolves bottlenecks, monitors schedule adherence and production metrics, coordinates requisitions and inventory, and serves as the primary liaison among Planning, Production, Warehouse, Raw Materials, and Prepress teams. It requires a bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field and 1–2 years of experience in supply chain, material planning, production scheduling, logistics, or related analytical roles, along with strong analytical, data, communication, and problem-solving skills.
