Vanna Health is hiring a Data Analyst – Service & Operations Analytics to analyze internal service and operational data, including claims data from Vanna Connect, to evaluate member engagement, assessment completion, service delivery, workflow performance, and operational variation. The role owns recurring reporting, uses SQL and Databricks to query governed datasets, validates data, investigates operational problems, and translates findings into actionable recommendations for Operations, Clinical, Product, and other internal teams. The position requires 3–5 years of healthcare analytics experience, including medical or behavioral health claims data, and offers a salary range of $120,000–$140,000 per year.
