Rocket Loans is hiring a Data Analyst to collect, analyze, and report on operations, call center, and servicing data to support operational excellence and data-driven decision-making. The role involves building business intelligence tools, dashboards, KPIs, and data quality practices; conducting exploratory analysis; translating insights for stakeholders; and supporting the transition to Sigma and advanced analytics platforms. Candidates need a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant scientific or technical field, at least three years of SQL or querying-language experience, and experience with KPIs, dashboards, data analysis projects, and data storytelling. Preferred qualifications include operations and call center reporting expertise, data governance, Databricks SQL, Sigma, AI, and AWS experience.
