Data Analyst, Supply at Shiftsmart

Shiftsmart is hiring a Data Analyst to build and maintain core data tables and models across partner (worker) success, marketplace, and supply operations. The role focuses on improving fill rate and fulfillment quality through operational analytics, data pipeline diagnostics, BigQuery and DBT maintenance, and predictive modeling. It requires 2–4+ years of experience in analytics, data science, data engineering, quantitative operations, or a similar analytical role, along with SQL, Python, and DBT capabilities. The position is based in New York City with typically 3+ days per week in the office.
