Description
Egon Zehnder is hiring a Data Analytics and Reporting Analyst for its go.transform team to analyze colleague experience, adoption, and application usage data; design dashboards, automated reports, and performance monitoring solutions; measure program and digital adoption impact; and develop executive insights using Power BI, Excel, SQL, Python, and related tools. The role requires 2–5 years of analytics or business intelligence experience, advanced Power BI and Excel proficiency, and experience with global stakeholders. It is an initial contract or temporary position paying $35–$38 per hour, with possible future regular employment based on business needs.
