Egon Zehnder is hiring a Data Analytics and Reporting Analyst for its go.transform team to analyze colleague experience, behavioral adoption, and application usage data; design, develop, and maintain dashboards and automated reporting; measure program impact, digital adoption, and colleague sentiment; and produce executive-ready insights across Power BI, SharePoint, Workday, and Microsoft 365. The role requires 2–5 years of analytics or business intelligence experience, advanced Power BI and Excel proficiency, data modeling, SQL, Python, and stakeholder-management capabilities.
