AECOM is hiring a Data Analytics Director to provide strategic and technical leadership for enterprise reporting, business intelligence, analytics modernization, and performance management. The role leads data strategies, governance, dashboards, KPI reporting, forecasting, data quality, automation, AI enablement, and reporting teams, while supporting executive decision-making. It requires a bachelor's degree and at least 8 years of related experience, including 8 years supporting DHS or DoD environments, 8 years of data analytics or reporting experience, Power BI and Power Platform dashboard experience, and experience integrating data across enterprise systems. U.S. citizenship, Public Trust Clearance, and Common Access Card eligibility are required; relocation assistance and U.S. employment authorization sponsorship are not available.
