MetLife Legal Plans is hiring a Data Engineer to modernize and scale its data platform for the Data Insights team. The role involves building data models and pipelines with DBT Cloud, AWS, Python, SQL, and related tools; partnering with analysts and business stakeholders; improving data-driven decision-making; and supporting data security, governance, and quality. The position requires at least three years of data engineering experience, hands-on DBT Cloud experience, Python, Bash, Spark, AWS, SQL, and data modeling expertise, with up to 5% travel and benefits including healthcare, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and other employee benefits.
