Description
VIA is hiring a Data Analytics Engineer to transform complex customer data into trusted narratives and AI-powered data products. The role owns ETL/ELT pipelines, data quality, automated testing, and the reliability of AI/ML outputs, while collaborating with software engineers, data peers, and client delivery professionals. Candidates need at least three years of data-related experience, a relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree, Python or R proficiency, and experience with at least two data technologies such as SQL, PostgreSQL, pandas, Dagster, Airflow, dbt, or cloud platforms. The position offers a $100,000–$130,000 USD annual salary, fully funded health, vision, and dental coverage, flexible remote work, and other benefits.
