Description
VIA is hiring a Data Analytics Engineer to turn complex customer data into trusted narratives and AI-powered data products. The role partners with client delivery teams and customers, explores and cleans data, builds interactive analysis platforms, reports, statistical analyses and visualizations, incorporates AI features such as anomaly detection and natural-language interfaces, evaluates AI/ML outputs, owns ETL/ELT pipelines, performs automated and manual quality control, and improves data-cleaning, modeling and analytics tools. Candidates need 3+ years in a data-driven role or equivalent research experience, a bachelor's or master's degree in a science, mathematics, engineering or data-driven field, programming competence in Python, R or equivalent, and competence in at least two relevant technology areas. The position offers $100,000–$130,000 USD annually and flexible work options.
