Talan is hiring a senior Data Analytics Engineer to join its Cloud Data Platform team and lead Microsoft Fabric and Azure analytics projects. The role covers semantic modeling, data transformation pipelines, DAX and SQL performance tuning, CI/CD, production ownership, incident resolution, knowledge sharing, and client-facing technology benchmarking. Candidates need a Bac+5 in data, computer science, applied mathematics, or an equivalent field, at least five years of business intelligence or data engineering experience, and production experience with Microsoft Fabric or Power BI. Required certifications are PL-300 and DP-600; DP-203 is recommended. The recruitment process includes HR, technical, operational, and director interviews.
