Prudential is seeking a Data Analytics Expert to support Operations decision-makers by developing data-driven insights and recommendations. The role covers business risk analysis, descriptive, predictive, and prescriptive analytics, product and solutions development insights, human-centered design, PowerBI and other digital analytics tools, data governance, compliance, and stakeholder reporting. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in a relevant quantitative or analytical field, proficiency with Microsoft Office and PowerBI, knowledge of statistical and machine learning methods, programming skills in Python, R, or PowerBI DAX, and strong communication and visualization abilities.
