Cadence is hiring a Data Analytics Lead for Advanced Primary Care Management to own analytical strategy, KPI definition, and data modeling for its clinical AI-enabled primary care program. The role partners with product, operations, care delivery, and customer success to build scalable analytics infrastructure, perform advanced analytics and forecasting, maintain modern data stack tools like Snowflake, Fivetran, and dbt, and integrate AI-assisted workflows into the analytics function. The position is fully remote and offers a base salary range of $190,000 to $230,000 plus equity and comprehensive benefits.
