The role leads a dedicated data team in developing descriptive and prescriptive analytical models, data products, operational KPIs, dashboards, and reporting solutions. Responsibilities include end-to-end data analysis, identifying trends and improvement opportunities, optimizing SQL and visualization-based reporting, and collaborating with operations, support, consulting, and data teams. Required qualifications include advanced SQL, hands-on automation experience with Google Apps Script, Python, or Workato, strong communication, analytical ownership, and experience in dynamic environments; BigQuery, cloud data architectures, and Metabase or Looker are differentials.
