First Circle, a fast-growing fintech in the Philippines, is hiring a Data Analytics Lead to work closely with senior leadership on high-impact strategic projects across analytics, experimentation, funnel optimization, automation, and predictive modeling. The role requires strong SQL, preferred Python, data modeling, stakeholder management, and at least 4–8 years of professional experience plus 1 year leading teams. It is a hybrid position based in the BGC office with remote work the rest of the time and includes HMO coverage from month one along with additional benefits.
