First Circle is hiring a Data Analytics Lead in the Philippines to support its fast-growing fintech and neobank business. The role reports to senior leadership and focuses on high-impact analytics projects such as improving analytics tables, diagnosing sales funnel issues, building churn prediction models, running price elasticity experiments, and automating reporting. The position requires 4–8 years of experience, at least 1 year of team leadership, strong SQL, preferred Python, and experience managing projects and stakeholders in a hybrid work setup.
