Veeva Systems is hiring a Data Analytics Lead to own data systems and measurement analyses across its life sciences products, customers, and commercial strategy. The role involves modernizing data architecture for AI readiness, managing integrations with customer systems, developing standard and custom analytics, and leading a team of data analysts and data engineers. Candidates need deep SQL and Python expertise, strong data modeling and quantitative analysis skills, recent pharmaceutical or life sciences experience, and at least 10 years of progressive data science, analytics, or data engineering experience including team leadership.
