Booksy is hiring a Data Analytics Lead to lead Analytics Engineers and serve as the primary architect and guardian of the company's Looker-based data source of truth. The role combines people leadership and mentoring with hands-on ownership of LookML semantic layers, advanced SQL, cloud data warehouses, GitLab CI/CD, data modeling, Python automation, and cross-functional analytics support for Marketing, Finance, and GTM Operations. The position is remote-first depending on the market, with the candidate required to be based in the advertised country or region and communicate fluently in English at C1 level.
