Nexthink is hiring a Data Analytics Lead to own the analytical and semantic layer of its Product Intelligence function. The role partners with Product Management, Engineering, and senior leadership to define telemetry, success metrics, data quality, governance, and AI-ready data models, while delivering product usage insights, user-journey analysis, and recommendations. It is a hybrid position based in Lausanne with occasional travel, requiring 7+ years of relevant analytics experience, strong SQL and data modeling skills, and familiarity with modern data stacks and agentic AI tools. The base salary is €62,000–€110,000 gross per year, with an on-target earnings range of €68,200–€126,500.
