Description
Redcare Pharmacy is hiring a Data Analytics Manager to lead and develop Data Analytics professionals while providing functional and technical leadership across matrixed Data Product teams. The role combines people management with hands-on expertise in analytics engineering, data modelling, business intelligence, self-service analytics, and AI-assisted development, using technologies including Databricks, SQL, Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, Azure, dbt, and Python. The manager will establish analytics standards, support workforce planning and talent development, and partner with Product and Data Engineering leadership. The position is remote within Germany with monthly presence in Cologne and occasional collaboration in Berlin or Cologne.
