TJX Companies is hiring a Data Analytics Manager for its USA Home Office in Marlborough, Massachusetts. The role leads regional analytics delivery for Global Business Services, providing strategic insights, reporting, advanced analytics, and decision-support for global and regional stakeholders. It includes hands-on leadership of complex initiatives, indirect leadership of India-based Senior Analysts, development of analytical models and reporting solutions, automation and AI-enabled analytics, data governance, vendor and platform management, and training. The position requires at least six years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, reporting, procurement analytics, or related analytical disciplines, with a bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline preferred. The starting salary is $95,800 to $122,100 per year, with an annual incentive and long-term incentives.
