Description
The Recruitment Operations Specialist supports agency recruitment operations by managing recruitment data, preparing recurring dashboards, scorecards, and reports, monitoring funnel performance and candidate movement, validating data quality, supporting recruitment initiatives and process improvements, and maintaining reporting tools. The role requires a bachelor’s or college degree in a relevant field, proficiency with Excel, MS SQL Server, Tableau/Power BI, and Python/R, CRM or ATS experience, knowledge of life insurance distribution and agent lifecycles, and at least two years of data analytics experience.
