Description
Flagstone is hiring a senior data leader to transform its data function from reactive reporting into a strategic, consultative capability focused on predictive insights and commercial decision-making. The role will set the analytics roadmap, build data science and self-serve analytics capability, rebalance accountability with product and operational teams, lead Data Analysts and Senior Data Analysts, and work with C-suite stakeholders on methodology, governance, and high-impact analysis. The position requires significant data analytics experience, stakeholder influence, self-serve adoption experience, matrixed-accountability experience, and hands-on SQL, Power BI, and Python or similar skills. It is a hybrid role based in London, with at least one day per week in the office.
